To get ClusterDeployment, which is a prerequisite, one needs to first olm install https://operatorhub.io/operator/hive-operator

After https://github.com/openshift/assisted-service/pull/1422 the operator deployment will not require ClusterDeployments (or BareMetalHosts) but the operand -- the result of creating an AgentServiceConfig CR -- will require it.
