Description of problem:
The Containers sub-page for Pods is not translated.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Have a pod with a container.
View a translated state (ie ?pseudolocalization=true&lng=en)

1. Admin Perspective => Workloads => Pods
2. Select a pod with a container
3. Scroll down mid-way through the page and click on the container name

Actual results:
Not translated

Expected results:
Translated page.

1. visit OCP console and add ?pseudolocalization=true&lng=en suffix
2. visit pod containers section and click on the container name, check text on container details page, text has been translated
