Description of problem:
There used to be an 3-dots item to show a dialog for extra language list but it is missing now. so we have no way to switch a language to something not available on the initial list.

gnome-control-center-40-beta-3.fc34.x86_64

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to the region and language
2.change the language
3.

Actual results:
No 3-dots item or something to see other languages

Expected results:
We should have some way to do it.

Yes, 3-dots item is available on the list now. but the search feature sometimes not working as expected. we should have another bug for that. anyway, let's close this so far.
