Description of problem:

Request to backport to RHEL 8 Apache httpd the https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=55707 to allow different SSLProtocol configuration per name based virtual hosts. 

SSLProtocol documentation notes indicates that it is fixed since 2.4.42:

RHEL 8 
httpd-2.4.37-30

How reproducible:

Set different SSLProtocol configuration for name based Virtual Hosts. 

Actual results:

The base virtual host SSLProtocol is used. 

Expected results:

Configure different SSLProtocol for each virtual host.
