Description of problem:
[RFE]Insights recommendations should provide url links for related knowledgebase article and c.r.c.

RFE is for providing url links for knowledgebase article and c.r.c for Insights recommendations shown on Configure > Insights page, similar to Insights tab which we have for a host(Hosts > All Hosts)


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
- Satellite 6.9.0 snap 17
- tfm-rubygem-foreman_rh_cloud-3.0.18-1.el7sat.noarch

How reproducible:
- Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have few Insights recommendations for hosts.
2. Go to Hosts > All Host > Click on a host > Insights tab
3. The recommendations have url links for knowledgebase article and c.r.c
4. Go to Configure > Insights
5. Page shows list of Insights recommendations without any url links for knowledgebase article and c.r.c
