Description of problem:
Summary says it all. I don't think Droid Fonts is better than Noto Fonts.

/etc/fonts/conf.d/65-google-droid-sans-fonts.conf
/etc/fonts/conf.d/66-google-noto-sans.conf

Expected results:
google-noto-sans one should come first.
