Adding cairo 1.17.4 to F34 is problem for WeasyPrint as 1.17 seems to be a development release which contains quite a few bugs. Would you mind adding this upstream cairo patch to Fedora's RPM: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/cairo/cairo/-/issues/449
cc Kalev as he added cairo 1.17 to F34/rawhide.
Sure, here you go: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/cairo/c/a0683cb6188555523851c1a5c89d8e64a8f58767?branch=rawhide Thanks for letting me know!
Thank you so much. I'll try to get WeasyPrint/cairo fixed by debugging the remaining font rendering issue: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1914322 https://github.com/Kozea/WeasyPrint/issues/1291

No problem! Sorry that the cairo update is causing trouble for you. Cairo is in a fairly sad state upstream and it's hard to get them to do new stable releases. We managed to get a snapshot release out of upstream and in the end decided to go with it in rawhide as gtk4 wanted to start using new cairo features. Looks like this push from distros has at least led to getting some regressions getting fixed in cairo git, which is good :)
