Description of problem: When creating users with different keyboard options, including those that allow choosing special characters for the password, still only one keyboard is offered at login. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 40.beta.0 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create a second user 2. Log in as them 3. In Settings > Keyboard, add German (Germany): German for that user 4. Delete any other keyboard layout for that user 5. In Settings > Region choose "Deutsch (Deutschland)" = German (Germany) as their language 5. Log off 6. On the lock screen, pick the just created user Actual results: The login screen does not allow to switch to the German keyboard layout, neither to German as the display language. Expected results: The newly created user should be able to login with their keyboard layout, to potentially enter characters only available there (like ö) in their password. Additional info: Currently "Expected Result" #2 of F34 Testing Days Testcase Gnome Login Screen. It states "Note that the keyboard menu will only show if you have multiple system-wide keyboard layouts configured", but there is no such option in the Settings–additionally, and why should it be necessary to take that complicated extra step?
