The workaround for the moment is to add "foo" or any name to the canonical host name. 
That will resolve as the domain is registered as a wildcard domain.

In this case the following would resolve in absence of a route named "foo".

 $ dig foo.apps.ocp-1.pin.prd.mlb.nbyt.fr
