Description Guilherme de Almeida Suckevicz 2021-03-19 18:47:16 UTC
decompress_gunzip.c in BusyBox through 1.32.1 mishandles the error bit on the huft_build result pointer, with a resultant invalid free or segmentation fault, via malformed gzip data.

Support for gunzip was introduced in busybox-1.20, therefore version of busybox shipped with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 is not affected by this flaw.
