Description of problem:
New patient creation accepts invalid date for the dob field
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Launch openEmr
2.click patient tab
3.click add new patient tab
4.Enter the following details
Name:Nivethika
dob:selected 2024-03-06 from the calender

Actual results:
The patient is created and the age is -36month

Expected results:
either an error message or it should have prevented the creation of patient with invalid dob date
