+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1776130 +++

Once SPICE allows forwarding of DVD devices, there is a security need to be able to disable this functionality for a/all VMs.

For that some engine UI options are needed for SPICE to enable/disable DVD forwarding to the guest and configure the guest accordingly.

Ideally this is also possible on a per cluster basis to change the default behaviour for this cluster.

Not needed as it's based on USB forwarding
