Created attachment 1766064 [details] Existing behavior with dotted underlines on heading to surface popover Description of problem: Today the Install Operator page uses the dotted underline UI element to surface popovers, when this intended for only certain cases (generally Details pages that are drawing info from APIs.) This page should use the info icons in the form of a question mark in circle, as that is the OpenShift convention today. PR is trying to get through the queue.
PR has merged, but is now waiting on QE approval.
Checked on ocp 4.8 cluster with payload 4.8.0-0.nightly-2021-04-09-222447, on operator installation page, there are help icons to indicate popover info now. There bug is fixed.
