Verified with the following packages and successfully upgraded from RHEL 8.3 ( with RHGS 3.5.4 ) to RHEL 8.4 :

redhat-storage-logos-httpd-84.4-1.el8rhgs.noarch.rpm
redhat-storage-logos-ipa-84.4-1.el8rhgs.noarch.rpm

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a
resolution of ERRATA.
