Description of problem:
Connecting to OpenVPN Servers that don't support IPv6 doesn't work on F34.

How reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a OpenVPN profile via NM that doesn't support IPv6 (e.g. Librem One)
2. Try to connect
3. Connection fails
