muse FTBFS on rawhide. RHBZ#1923460

The reason is a change in the atkmm-devel package, which includes the header atkmmconfig.h in a nonstandard location /usr/lib64/atkmm-1.6/include/

cmake needs to be taught about this header file. The fix for the upstream tracker fixes this issue

Can you please backport this fix so we can build muse? I tested it in local mock and it works.
