In previous releases, if Dell EMC PowerStore ports were configured for multiple purposes, such as iSCSI, replication, incorrect REST filtering caused the cinder driver to report that no accessible iSCSI targets were found. + This release fixes the Dell EMC PowerStore REST filter functionality.

Description of problem:
If PowerStore ports are configured for multiple purposes
(iSCSI, Replication, etc.) driver will report that no accessible
iSCSI targets found because of the wrong REST filter.

The ask is to backport it to 16.1. Preferably to z6

Arkady, the time for z6 was around April 7th, and the stable/victoria was merged around May 5th. This is the reason for being targeted for z7.
