Description of problem:
when creating a migration plan via the UI, and saving the network/storage mapping under some new names, in the migration plan creation last page,
plan save is blocked with as error on that these mappinps already exist.

This was fixed in https://github.com/konveyor/forklift-ui/pull/499

The fix should be part of build 2.0.0-17 / iib:66911.
