Description of problem:
It may be better to keep English for the message "Ingresses";  Meanwhile,the message "No Ingresses found" is not found in the English files and Translation files

I have confirmed that Korean and Japanese don't translate Ingress, for the sake of consistency, could we change it back to English if you don't see any problem doing so?

I think we can keep "Ingress" in English.  Please let me know where I can change it.

It looks like all zh-cn files have been updated so that "Ingress" and "Ingresses" are in English. Changes are reflected in https://github.com/openshift/console/pull/9004.

This bug has been fixed and verified on payload 4.8.0-0.nightly-2021-05-26-172234

Verified Step:
1. Open OCP with Korean, Japanese and Chinese
2. Verify if 'Ingresses' has been translated(expect: not translated)
3. Verify if "No Ingresses found" is being translated on ingresses page for different language

Result:
2. 'Ingresses' is not being translated on the menu when user open OCP with Korean, Japanese and Chinese
3. 'No Ingresses found' is being translated
