Describe the issue:

For External mode, the instructions related to Enabling monitoring for the Object Service dashboard were applicable when we upgrade from 4.5 to 4.6
If a user is upgrading from 4.6 to 4.7 then these steps are not required and hence can be removed from OCS 4.7 documentation.
