Created attachment 1769578 [details] Possible patch adding 'rdma-ndd' to install Description of problem: dracut module "rdma" provided by rdma-core installs rdma-ndd.service to initramfs, but does not install required rdma-ndd binary. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 32.0-4 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create initramfs using dracut including rdma module 2. Boot initramfs on system with IB/RoCE hardware 3. System tries to start rdma-ndd.service Actual results: systemd[1]: Starting RDMA Node Description Daemon... systemd[2512]: rdma-ndd.service: Failed to execute command: No such file or directory systemd[2512]: rdma-ndd.service: Failed at step EXEC spawning /usr/sbin/rdma-ndd: No such file or directory systemd[1]: rdma-ndd.service: Main process exited, code=exited, status=203/EXEC systemd[1]: rdma-ndd.service: Failed with result 'exit-code'. systemd[1]: Failed to start RDMA Node Description Daemon. Expected results: rdma-ndd service starts with no errors. Additional info: Possible (upstream) patch has been attached.
