This bug isn't really for epel-release.  I just couldn't figure out what else to assign it to.

On a side note. I think this package needs to be reassigned. I have not seen Assignee: mastahnke active in EPEL or Fedora in several years due to other things. It would be better to have someone on the committee who is active to take these packages and have things reassigned to them.

The package was reassigned to me a long while back, but apparently there was still a override for him in EPEL. ;) 
Cleared it.
