Description of problem:
As of writing, the ilbc 1.1.1 shipped in Fedora is an ancient version from 2012. Since that, upstream has released 8 versions and current is 3.0.4. So please update your package.

Actual results:
ilbc-1.1.1-20.fc34

Expected results:
ilbc-3.0.4.fc34

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 35 development cycle.
Changing version to 35.

This update has introduced an unannounced soversion bump, and introduces FTIs on downstream packages.
