Description of problem:

While running CI test /test e2e-gcp-serial for https://github.com/openshift/cluster-ingress-operator/pull/588  I am continuously hitting

: evaluation errors does not match (clusterrole.rbac.authorization.k8s.io "machine-api-operator-ext-remediation" not found!=)

This causing a blocker for feature freeze to get my PR merged.

Any urgent help on this will be highly appreciated.

2.run /test e2e-gcp-serial
