Actual results:
Checked the PVC get the following event:
Warning  ExternalExpanding      6m4s   volume_expand                                                                      Ignoring the PVC: didn't find a plugin capable of expanding the volume; waiting for an external controller to process this PVC.

Check csi-resizer sidecar container, get a lot of msg like:
