Description of problem:
When you install a second operator the install page does not display. If you refresh the browser the install panel appears.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install an operator
2. Install a second operator, no install page
3.

Actual results:
Install page does not appear for 2nd operator installed

Expected results:
Install page appears for each operator

It looks like the same issue with bug 1948427 since I didn't reproduce the issue with non-community operator(which means the first selected operator is not Community operator)

Hi jowilson, could you help confirm if this is the same issue with bug 1948427? 

You can try steps:

1. Install a 'Red Hat' ,'Certified' or 'Marketplace' operator from OperatorHub
2. Choose another non-Community source operator, operator installation modal should be opened successfully


If you have the issue with follow steps, then you are having the same issue with bug 1948427
1. Install an operator comes from 'Community' source 
2. Try to install an operator from any source type, it should fail(unable to open the operator installation page/modal)

I installed the non-community operator Serverless first. Then any operator I try to install has the issue, both community and non-community. I think that bug 1948427 is related.

I'm closing this as a duplicate of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1948427. I suspect that these are just different manifestations of the same behavior. Please re-open if the issue persists after the duplicate bug is resolved.
