Thanks for fixing this! https://github.com/openshift/origin/pull/25954 inadvertently started consuming the upstream image (prior disabled test code was re-enabled in 25954, and we forgot to update the image reference accordingly). Assigning to myself since I'll make sure the fix PR (https://github.com/openshift/origin/pull/26062) merges soon.
