e2e-vsphere-csi tests runs our CSI certification tests and Azure CSI driver consistently fails these tests.

+ please check what's wrong with resizing tests and enable them in our CI.

So right now I think the only tests that are failing are online expansion tests, which is not widely supported with vsphere CSI driver. I have opened https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/pull/102665 to allow configuration of online/offline expansion capabilities during testing.
