Github openshift cluster-ingress-operator pull 598 0 None open Bug 1948626: test/e2e: Make `TestRouteAdmissionPolicy` deterministic. 2021-04-12 19:39:16 UTC
Red Hat Product Errata RHSA-2021:2438 0 None None None 2021-07-27 22:59:43 UTC

Description Stephen Greene 2021-04-12 16:13:18 UTC
The ingress operator's `TestRouteAdmissionPolicy` e2e test is consistently failing in CI.

See https://search.ci.openshift.org/?search=FAIL%3A+TestRouteAdmissionPolicy&maxAge=168h&context=5&type=build-log&name=pull-ci-openshift-cluster-ingress-operator-master-e2e-aws-operator&excludeName=&maxMatches=5&maxBytes=20971520&groupBy=job

The test has not been failing 100% of the time, but failures have been popping up fairly frequently in the e2e-aws-operator job for the ingress operator's repo as of lately.

Bumping the timeout for the `waitForRouteIngressCondition` function may be sufficient to mitigate these test failures, since the current timeout for that function is a mere 10 seconds.
