Description of problem: @xiyuzhao reported spacing issues in several Pipelines section translations. These need to be forwarded along to the translation team for updates where needed. Issues: * A extra space is added for the sentence of the notice of 'No Pipelines found' and 'No conditions found' (没有找到 管道 and 没有找到 条件) * An extra space is added for 'delete pipeline' option on the existing pipeline action list. (删除 管道) * A extra space is added for the title of delete pipeline pops up page (删除 管道?) * Only a screenshot was provided; it appears QE was questioning the spacing in "Create Task" (创建 任务) * Only a screenshot was provided; it appears QE was questioning the spacing in "Task details" (任务 详情) * Only a screenshot was provided; it appears QE was questioning the spacing in "Delete Task?" (删除 任务?) Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.8 How reproducible: Always Actual results: QA reports odd spacing. Expected results: Correct spacing. Additional info: The translation team may or may not be willing to make updates. I am filing this bug so we can track the outcome and any changes that are required. The team did not want to address the last spacing issue QA raised.
I wrote the globalization team re: this issues. We can't move forward until we hear back.
These seem to be resolved in https://github.com/openshift/console/pull/9223.

Checked on ocp 4.8 cluster with payload 4.8.0-0.nightly-2021-07-13-150732, the issues listed in description are not fixed at all. And the pr9223 doesn't have fix code for the bug.
Hi @yanpzhan - these are all fixed on master. Yadan had mentioned that the build was having some issues - maybe that was the case here? Bouncing this back to QA since this is in fact fixed. The bug number doesn't match because this was fixed as part of a translation update, but tracked as a separate bug per Sam.
Checked on ocp 4.9 cluster with payload 4.9.0-0.nightly-2021-08-02-145924. All translation issues listed in description are fixed.
