Description of problem:
The list of ongoing Rsync operation changes erratically during the time when DVM controller deletes and creates a new Rsync Pod. This affects user experience.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.4.3

How reproducible:
Whenever Rsync retry is triggered due to network failure

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create data-generator sample app and the n/w failure simulation script in the source namespace
2. Run DVM to migrate PV data
3. Observe in the UI that the list of ongoing Rsync operation changes 

Actual results:

The Rsync operation list changes erratically.


Expected results:

The Rsync operation list should be consistent, it should not flicker.

DVM progress view shows a consistent list. As well as the Migration Resource view. No flickering has been observed.

We move the BZ to VERIFIED.
