Description of problem:
Open channel modal on cluster setting page, there is "Input a channel that reflects the desired channel." in message, the "desired channel" should be "desired version".

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open channel modal on cluster setting page, check message on the modal.

Actual results:
1.There is "Input a channel that reflects the desired channel." in message.

Expected results:
1. The "desired channel" should be "desired version".

Checked on ocp 4.8 cluster with payload 4.8.0-0.nightly-2021-04-18-101412,  "desired channel" has been updated to "desired version". The bug is fixed.
