Extend the CRD definition openshift/api (Go code and auto-generated yaml files based on this code) to store an "Add card" customization for the developer perspective.

Could verify that it was now possible to change the customization.addPage.disabledActions in the Console configuration. None of the Add page cards was shown anymore when all IDs are disabled. Verified this on cluster 4.8.0-0.nightly-2021-05-09-105430

This change is part of Epic https://issues.redhat.com/browse/ODC-5013 and will be verified by the Dev Console QE team later again. This issue was 'just' need to apply this changes after FF to the api project.
