Default Pull Secret modal i18n misses

Description of problem:
Default Pull Secret modal is not translated

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.8.0-0.nightly-2021-04-13-171608

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. visit OCP console and add ?pseudolocalization=true&lng=en suffix
2. create project and check project details
3. open 'Default pull secret' modal

Actual results:
3. all text in modal are not translated

Expected results:
3. all text should be translated

Default pull secret model internalization

Steps to Reproduce:
1. visit OCP console and add ?pseudolocalization=true&lng=en suffix
2. create project and check project details
3. open 'Default pull secret' modal
  
  Now the pull secret model shows translated text. see attached.
