OSD creation preview

Description of problem:
 
    While creating OSD's observed that the Limit option not provided.
As per the below mentioned DOC limiter is one of the options provided to the customer to create OSD's.

 I tried to create OSD's with the provided counter option in the UI, but the function not working.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Configure a cluster with cephadm
2.Login to the Dashboard, navigate to cluster->OSDs
3.Click on create and click on Add.
4.Notice that there are only four options(type,vendor,model and size) are provided.
5.NO LIMIT OPTION
6.Increment or decrement the counter which is next to the filer.
7.As per counter and filter the nodes are reflected in the UI
8.Check preview(There is no limit option in the preview)
9.Create.

Actual results:
        1.No limit option 
        2.No limit variable in the preview
        3.If the limit option is the counter which is provided next to the filter then as per the counter list OSD's should create.


Expected results:
       1. limit option should provide.
       2. Preview should update with limit variable
       3. OSD's should create as per the provided limit.
