VolumeSnapshot details tab not translated

Description of problem:
VolumeSnapshot, VolumeSnapshotClass and VolumeSnapshotConent Details tab is not translated, it is still shown as 'Detail'

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create VolumeSnapshotClass and then VolumeSnapshot
2. visit console and add ?pseudolocalization=true&lng=en suffix
3. Check VolumeSnapshotClass, VolumeSnapshot, VolumeSnapshotClass and VolumeSnapshotConent Details page


Actual results:
3. All Details tab is not translated

Expected results:
3. Details tab title should be translated

Now VolumeSnapshotClass, VolumeSnapshot, VolumeSnapshotClass and VolumeSnapshotConent 'Details' tab are all presudo translated
