Your package (python-pytest-relaxed) Fails To Install in Fedora 35: can't install python3-pytest-relaxed: - nothing provides (python3.9dist(pytest) < 5 with python3.9dist(pytest) >= 3) needed by python3-pytest-relaxed-1.1.5-11.fc34.noarch If you know about this problem and are planning on fixing it, please acknowledge so by setting the bug status to ASSIGNED. It looks like upstream has pinned down the pytest versions that they're limiting testing to, and updating the pytest version to the latest (6.x in F34) dumps a lot of tracebacks. Upstream hasn't moved since 2020-01-15. 😞
Indeed, have a look at https://github.com/bitprophet/pytest-relaxed/issues/12
This package has been orphaned. You can pick it up at https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-pytest-relaxed by clicking button "Take". If nobody picks it up, it will be retired and removed from a distribution.
Automation has figured out the package is retired in rawhide. If you like it to be unretired, please open a ticket at https://pagure.io/releng/new_issue?template=package_unretirement
This bug was filed against Fedora 35, but this release is locked from further updates. python-pytest-relaxed has been unretired and build for Fedora Rawhide, Fedora 37, and Fedora 36 and it should be now installable on them.
