Describe the issue:

In RCS 4 ops guide: "1.2.3. Adding a Ceph Monitor using the command-line interface" We're describing a manual way to deploy daemons. As we're using containers deployed by cephadm, we really should not document a manual way to deploy daemons. EXCEPT for troubleshootings. See

Suggestions for improvement:

remove that section / move it to troubleshooting. follow the upstream guide.
