Description of problem: gnome-initial-setup does not start. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Tested with armhfp Workstation compose 20210415[0]. How reproducible: Every time. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Write aarch64 Workstation image ("sudo arm-image-installer --image=/home/nielsenb/Desktop/Fedora-Workstation-34-20210415.n.0.armhfp.raw.xz --target=rpi3 --media=/dev/sdb --resizefs") 2. Insert uSD card into Pi and boot 3. Wait for gnome-initial-setup Actual results: gnome-initial-setup does not appear. Hard resetting results in no GDM (possibly related to bug #1950129). Expected results: gnome-initial-setup to appear on first boot. Additional info: It is possible to switch to different VTs so the system is alive. I will attempt to create a user and capture a log. As noted in a mailing list post[0], Fedora Workstation is not expected to run with less than 2 GB RAM. I was going to update the ARM landing page[1] to note this, but I see it is already documented in the Fedora Docs[2]. XFCE runs fine for those wanting a desktop environment on a Pi 3B+.
