Description of problem:
Persist grid settings have a weirdly formatted tooltip. Might be better if the list has a title.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Login as admin
2) Go to Options
3) See persist grid tooltip

Actual results:
Bullet point list without a title.

Expected results:
I would add a sentence like "These changes will be saved/persistent:" or something similar to make it more consistent with other list type tooltips like VM next run configuration for example.
