Description of problem:
On template list page, the "Search by name" field seems only filter templates by common template name like 'rhel6-server-small', it's hard for user to figure out what to use as this name is hiding behind that page, suggest it can be filter by OS or template displayed name on that page, eg: Linux, 'Red Hat'.

What to fix:
when users search by name, the search should be by the visible text in the name column and not by actual name
