Description of problem:
When condition of VM / VMI is Poused=True the UI try to connect to the VM console and show an error message

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a VM, start it and go to console tab
2. pouse the VM "virtctl pause vm centos6-powerful-mule"
3. co to console tab

Actual results:
an error saying user can't connect to vm

Expected results:
an info message saying vm is poused and user can't connect to the vm

It shows "Virtual machine is paused. Console will be active after unpause" now.
