Comment 8 Mudit Agarwal 2021-06-09 18:07:28 UTC
Kesavan,
What are the next steps?

Should this be fixed, if yes then in this BZ or we should open a different BZ?
If no, please move it back to ON_QA

Comment 10 Mudit Agarwal 2021-06-10 06:01:28 UTC
I am fine with fixing it, just asking if it still needs a fix or not.
And one of the reason for the confusion is, the 4.7 clone of this (BZ #1954123) is already marked VERIFIED though I assume that the fix is same for both 4.8 and 4.7?

Aman, we don't see the same issue in 4.7?

Comment 12 Kesavan 2021-06-13 21:23:08 UTC
Yes ohad, there will be a regression when upgraded to 4.8

Mudit,Yes this needs to be fixed. The issue we are facing now seems to be occuring due to some other reason and only in 4.8. provided more info in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1951021#c7

Comment 13 Mudit Agarwal 2021-06-14 07:46:02 UTC
Thanks guys, keeping this as an exception for 4.8
Let's fix it.

Comment 14 Jose A. Rivera 2021-06-14 13:41:38 UTC
Since a PR addressing this BZ was merged and backported, moving this to POST. Despite the fact this is already in the downstream builds, it is hard to verify due to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1964574, so marking this as dependent on it.

Comment 15 Mudit Agarwal 2021-06-16 02:04:38 UTC
No changes required here, but it can't be moved to ON_QA till BZ #1964574 is ON_QA
