Description of problem:
User have a hard time discovering the API Explorer. Currently, it shows up in the nav as "Explore". This term is too ambiguous. Please update the Nav to "API Explorer"

How reproducible: Very


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login into the Admin Console.
2.Look at Nav items under home
3.You should see "Explore"

Actual results:
"Explore"

Expected results:
"API Explorer"

1.Login into the Admin Console.
2.Look at Nav items under home
  Now "Explore" is showing as "API Explore"
