Feature: Baremetal IPI will use libvirt 6.0.0 packages in OCP 4.8 (updated from 4.5.0 in previous). Reason: This matches the latest in RHEL 8.4; updates are not expected for 4.5.0. Result: TBH I'm not sure where this is relevant but those deploying on libvirt may need awareness of guest/host pkgs.
