Gathering logs from a failed installation

Describe the issue: 
Up till now the ssh access to the OpenShift nodes was enabled on OpenStack-based installations. Fix for https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1873079 is disabling SSH access for OpenShift nodes.

Suggestions for improvement: 
As a change is introduced, adding a note that will highlight it will help our customers to avoid confusion.
