Description of problem:

MTC is show in the title for both upstream and downstream images.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to MTC/Crane
2. Observe the title in the tab to always read "Migration Toolkit for Containers"


Actual results:
Crane is not displayed for upstream images as the title.

Expected results:
Crane should be displayed for upstream; Migration Toolkit for Containers for downstream.

The title of MTC 1.4.3 web console is "Migration Toolkit for Containers". See the attachment of "the screenshot of MTC 1.4.3 web console"
