This should be 'systemctl stop ceph-osd@OSD_ID'. iirc 'systemctl stop ceph-osd@OSD_DRIVE' was the old way to remove OSD devices when the names were ceph-osd-sd{x} and this no longer applies to RHCS 4 containerized environments. This is also incorrect in step 4
