This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

There are these versions of skopeo in 8.4.0:
stream-container-tools-2.0-rhel-8.4.0           skopeo  0.1.41-4
stream-container-tools-3.0-rhel-8.4.0           skopeo  1.2.2-8
stream-container-tools-rhel8-rhel-8.4.0         skopeo  1.3.1-5

But it is irrelevant as the shorname aliases update is done and support for shortnames was much sooner.

OK, based on the above, I'm closing this as fixed in current release.  @jnovy please adjust this BZ if necessary.
