Transitioned to a bug from JIRA issue: https://issues.redhat.com/projects/CONSOLE/issues/CONSOLE-2034

URLs appear for both Repository and Container Image for operators in OperatorHub, but neither are clickable links. Ideally these would be clickable for easy access.

Acceptance criteria:

    The "Repository" is now a clickable external link.
    The "Container Image" now has the 'click to select' interaction we use elsewhere (cursor changes to the green plus and clicking anywhere on value selects all of it.)

Steps to verify:
 1. login to console as admin
 2. go to operator hub and select an operator to install
 3. in the install screen page  
    The "Repository" is now a clickable external link.
    The "Container Image" now has the 'click to select' interaction  (cursor changes to the green plus and clicking anywhere on value selects all of it.)
